An appointment is not necessary, but calling before arriving is recommended. Our estimator is usually available 8 a.m.-11:45 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.- 4:45 p.m., but everyone needs time off.
You do not. In Wisconsin, it is your right to choose where you want your vehicle repaired. Insurance companies can offer suggestions, but cannot tell you where to have your vehicle repaired.
We do not. We recommend scheduling that ahead of time if needed. You can utilize places in Baraboo or Madison.
Our typical plan is to have a vehicle here at 8 a.m. Monday morning and we want to have it back to the owner by Friday. Obviously, sometime there are circumstances that can affect this timeline.
You can drop off your vehicle anytime. We do have a key drop box on the front of the building for customer convenience. Arrangements can be made with office for picking up your vehicle after hours.
We do not do oil changes.
We do not tow vehicles. We can recommend some services to customers.
We do work with a company to provide that service. We can do estimates for those damages and schedule repairs here at our shop.
